So that we can address your problems as quickly and efficiently as possible, please include as many details as you can about the original job and the reasons you have an issue with goods supplied.
In the event that we need to have goods returned to us, we will send you a returns label so that you can drop the returning parcel to any Australia Post outlet to have it sent back to us at no charge to yourself.

This Warranty and Returns Policy applies only to products sold by Aussie Desert Cooler. If you bought your product from a mechanic or store that had the good sense to sell Aussie Desert Cooler product, please contact that mechanic or store if you need assistance or have a warranty claim.

Any defective items, or items supplied not as per order as a result of our error, can be returned using a returns label supplied by Aussie Desert Cooler. Simply affix the returns label to the parcel and drop at your local post office at no cost to the customer.

Aussie Desert Cooler guarantees the workmanship of the products sold. If you have received a defective or damaged product and wish to return the goods for a replacement or refund, please contact us ASAP using the Report an Issue above, we will then give you instructions on how to proceed.
Cancel Order Requests
With any cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot cancel an order once it has entered the shipping process. In the event that the product is shipped, you will be charged for the order.
